Recommended Times:

We can adjust your 5 hour rental as needed however, 5 hours rental is our minimum. This allows time for vendors to come in before your event for food prep or music, etc. or decorating
These times are examples from the time we give you access to Le Lieu to when your guest leave. If someone needs access before the rental time begins then you will need to rent the space for that additional time.
You can add time to your rental if needed to accommodate your event.

The Bar:

Our bar service is separate from our rental.
We are licensed to serve alcohol through the state of Louisiana. If you would choose to serve alcohol for your event, we accommodate that during an event.

Here’s Why? Your rental begins when access to Le Lieu begins. Any food prep setup or decor setup generally needs a two hour window prior to guests arrival for any type of event.

Why is there a price difference on guest count? Le Lieu is much more than a building, it’s an experience. We offer an elegant and elevated event experience for our clients and their guests. You do not clean up before or after. You do not setup your layout. We take care of all those details. We also ensure our space remains as elegant throughout your entire event. Our team is cleaning and busing tables, making sure bathrooms are clean, taking out trash, and many other things throughout the event that facilitate the elevated experience. When more guests are invited( not expected but invited) we prepare for a bigger team on site day of. Le Lieu comes completely furnished with antiques and beautiful pieces of unique furniture to give any event an elevated feel.
