Signature Collection

For couples who want to take the lead with details & timelines, our team is there to support the wedding day.

Maison Collection

For couples looking to stay involved while our team brings added support to the planning, vendors, décor styling & wedding day.

  • Friday or Saturday: $14,900

    Sunday: $13,900

  • Includes everything in the Signature Collection, plus everything featured below:

    • Personalized planning guidance throughout your wedding journey

    • Two additional private planning meetings focused on vision, design, logistics, and event flow - two hours each including up to four one-on-one meetings

    • Six hour Day-Before Access which may be used for décor setup, vendor access, & ceremony rehearsal

    • A rehearsal dinner may be hosted with an outside caterer within your six hour access; Le Lieu bar service may be added separately

    • Wedding-day coordination and morning preparation support

    • Outdoor ceremony chair setup in the courtyard

    • Access to Le Lieu Something Borrowed Collections decor inventory includes:

    • Centerpieces

    • Taper, pillar, and Tea light candles - LED

    • Bar sign, welcome sign, and framed signs

    • Le Lieu styles and sets up décor using your selections fronn our Something Borrowed Collections

    • Outside of your meetings, couples are responsible for booking & ongoing communication with all vendors

    • Couples are welcome to select outside vendors and will remain responsible for booking and communication; they must meet all Le Lieu requirements & complete our required house contract

    • Le Lieu will facilitate a ceremony rehearsal for up to two hours within your six hour day-before access window; it will cover ceremony flow & logistics

    • Includes up to 150 black chiavari ceremony chairs for an outdoor courtyard ceremony, additional chairs are available for renting

    • A beautifully designed two- tier wedding cake selected from our curated collection, with up to 150 servings included. Design variations are subject to baker availability. Additional servings, larger designs or sheet cake may be added at the couples expense.

  • The Maison wedding collection including planning services, decor and hospitality service. Intentional
    enhancements can be quoted and tailored at your Welcome Session after booking.

Estate Collection

Our most comprehensive experience, with elevated inclusions and hands-on coordination from our team throughout the wedding weekend.

    • Full-Service Planning Lead by Le Lieu during your meetings, our team leads the planning process & develops your wedding details with you

    • Two additional private planning sessions focused on vision, design, logistics, and event flow, two hours each including up to six one-on-one meetings

    • Up to six hours of day-before Venue Access which may be used for décor setup, vendor access, ceremony rehearsal, & included hosted rehearsal dinner

  • Includes everything in the Signature & Maison Collections, plus everything featured below:

    • Furniture & soft seating

    • Additional custom tables & chairs

    • Up to 15 reception table linens & 8 cocktail high top linens

    • Le Lieu styles approved personal décor alongside our in-house décor collection to curate your wedding inspiration

    • Styling, placement, and end-of-night packing of approved personal décor, in addition to Le Lieu’s in-house décor collection.

    • Access to Le Lieu’s curated Vendors We Love recommendations

    • For vendors selected from our preferred recommendations, the Le Lieu team makes the initial connection, manages communication, & coordinates venue-related logistics on your behalf; no contracts needed

    • Le Lieu coordinates arrival times & venue-related logistic for preferred vendors; incorporating those details into your wedding day timeline.

    • Couples are welcome to select outside vendors and will remain responsible for booking, communication, scheduling, and coordination. Couples provide Le Lieu with confirmed arrival details, which our team will incorporate into your wedding timeline. All outside vendors must meet Le Lieu requirements & complete our required House Contract.

  • Includes everything in the Signature & Maison Collections, plus everything featured below:

    • Bridal Photography Session for up to two hours

    • Hosted Rehearsal Dinner for up to 50 guests you choose from Le Lieu’s curated rehearsal dinner menus, with beer & wine bar service included for up to 3 hours

  • Our outdoor ceremony space accommodates up to 350 guests, providing a beautiful open-air setting for your celebration.
